We are seeking experienced CDL Drivers to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional plumbing services to our customers. As a CDL Driver for our plumbing company, you will be responsible for transporting equipment, materials, and team members to job sites safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles, including trucks and vans, to transport plumbing materials, equipment, and team members to job sites.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, as well as company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
- Assist with loading and unloading plumbing materials and equipment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers to coordinate schedules and provide updates on job progress.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, mileage, and fuel usage.
- Provide assistance to plumbing team members on job sites as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a CDL Driver preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing materials and equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
