Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property maintenance and mechanical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to service delivery, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Weld and build components as necessary for repairs or installations.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or upgrades to existing systems.
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed, ensuring safe transportation of tools and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used for each job.
Experience
- Proven experience in mechanical repair or property maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems and their components is highly desirable.
- Experience using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters is a plus.
- Ability to weld and build structures or components as required by specific tasks.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $21.75 - $28.60 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
