CRi, a non-profit, is looking to add another Maintenance Technician to our team of 4 to perform repair and maintenance work for group homes scattered in Northern Virginia.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall/Painting and Appliance Repair.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
This is a full-time position with some on-call needs as emergencies arise. Work requires heavy lifting at times.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm (40hrs, full time)
- Compensation: $25/hr
- Location: Maintenance office located in Falls Church & various locations supported throughout Northern VA

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Physical Demands:
- Must be able to do occasional heavy lifting (100 lbs).
- Construction work, lifting, moving.
- Able to climb ladders.
