Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, heating systems, and refrigeration equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Repair or replace defective components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
- Collaborate with team members to design efficient HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations and guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and appliance repair.
- Familiarity with refrigerate systems and air conditioning units is essential.
- Ability to build and design efficient HVAC solutions based on specific requirements.
- A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites.
- Certification in HVAC or relevant technical training is a plus but not mandatory.
