*Job Summary*
As an HVAC Sales Field Technician at Grande Air Solutions, you will be responsible for a combination of technical service and sales tasks. You will service, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems while also identifying opportunities for product sales, upgrades, and service agreements. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in HVAC and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of residential HVAC systems.
- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, replacement, and maintenance agreements.
- Provide accurate and thorough assessments of HVAC systems, explaining technical information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Generate and present sales proposals for HVAC system replacements, upgrades, and maintenance contracts.
- Build strong relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and industry trends.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company in the field.
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and on time.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or relevant technical training is required.
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
