Get Complete Maintenance and Repair is a small, rapidly growing services company officing in Kyle, Texas. We offer a one-stop solution to commercial and residential customers for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and handyman services. Approximately 85% of our business is commercial and 15% residential with many clients being large commercial real estate property owners, management companies, universities and schools. We serve the Austin and San Antonio area and focus on customer satisfaction for long-term relationships. Our customers are our best source of new business with word-of-mouth referrals.

Requirements:
- At least three (5) years service experience in HVAC rather than new construction
- Seeking candidates that are trustworthy, self motivated and can work independently
- Prefer candidates with commercial HVAC systems experience and some residential; residential not required
```Duties```
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components for potential issues or malfunctions
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems and make necessary repairs
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
```Skills```
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for service work
- Proficiency in HVAC system design, installation, maintenance, and repair; particularly commercial package units and RTUs
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively
- Knowledge of refrigeration principles and practices
- Experience with equipment repair and maintenance
- Plumbing skills for connecting HVAC systems to water lines
- Valid driver's license for van driving to service locations; must be capable of driving and have good driving record
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with clients
