The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the Jorgenson Group. This individual is the first point of contact for potential clients and is responsible for lead generation, relationship nurturing, and appointment setting to support the sales team. With strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset, the ISA ensures a steady flow of qualified prospects to help our agents focus on closing deals.
What you’ll do:
Our Inside Sales Associate will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness, tracking productivity and sales metrics. You will cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads to appointments and manage the sales database through the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and investors using company-provided scripts and systems.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and manage online leads from various platforms.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain rapport with leads by providing consistent follow-ups and nurturing client relationships over time.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, timeline, and motivation to ensure they align with team standards.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule high-quality appointments for sales agents with pre-qualified leads.
- Coordinate with agents to ensure alignment on schedules and client needs.
Data Management:
- Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead information and notes.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly activity, including calls made, appointments set, and conversion rates.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales agents and leadership to refine lead follow-up processes.
- Participate in team meetings and training to improve sales and communication skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems, dialing software, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- Initial Success-based Stipends, then 100% Commission
