Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in electrical systems maintenance. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
- Utilize CMMS to track work orders and maintenance activities
- Complete residential painting tasks as needed
- Inspect and test machinery using tools such as an ohmmeter
- Read and interpret schematics to diagnose problems accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills
- Proficiency in maintaining mechanical equipment
- Strong electrical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
- Experience with AppFolio for work order management
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude for diagnosing equipment issues
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
