Anytime Restoration is seeking a hard-working, self motivated, reliable contents & cleaning technician that will be responsible for handling, processing, packing, and cleaning belongings that have been affected by water, fire, or mold. The contents technician also may assist the mitigation and reconstruction teams when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.
- Prepare residential or commercial job sites for cleaning and personal property removal.
- Document and perform personal property removal activities including inventorying, packing, wrapping, and loading.
- Perform cleaning of residential and commercial structures and personal property whether onsite or at facility.
- Assist the mitigation and reconstruction departments with any cleaning and personal property solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and fellow colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may involve heavy lifting or prolonged standing

Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
