We are currently seeking a Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of residential properties, identifying any issues or defects, and providing detailed reports to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural systems
- Identify any issues or defects and provide recommendations for repairs or maintenance
- Communicate inspection findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner
- Prepare detailed inspection reports using specialized software
- Maintain knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Home Inspector license or certification
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues or defects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of specialized software for inspection reporting
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
