We are currently hiring Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for our largest U.S printed circuit board facility located in Minnetonka, MN.

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift
Regular Schedule (once fully trained): Weekend Shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6am-6:30pm)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and optimization of our machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Diagnose problems with machinery and repair equipment as needed
- Perform equipment preventative maintenance
- HVAC, electrical, and plumbing duties
- Some welding (MIG and TIG)
- Repair the air compressor when needed
- Remodeling and demolition as needed
- Some carpentry when necessary
- Assist in the installation of new equipment
- Operate fork lift
- Practice LOTO and other safety procedures
- Participate in the emergency response team (ERT)
- Become respirator trained once hired
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter who looks at how to improve processes
- Willingness to train and learn new tasks
- Basic maintenance aptitude
- Familiarity HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is a plus
- Enjoys working with their hands
- Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Familiarity of basic hand tools
- LOTO and other safety training a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check upon offer of employment
- Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) all employees are required to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Upon offer of employment, applicants will be required to present documentation for ITAR.
