Our plumbers assist customers within their homes, handling repairs, installs, and providing education to our awesome clients.
Typical Duties:
- Complete residential plumbing services and ensure everything meets code.
- Teach and support apprentices to improve their skills.
- Install pipes, valves, and fittings using various materials and tools.
- Dig when needed to access water or sewer lines.
- Set up underground piping and connect it to fixtures.
- Repair leaks, replace parts, and fix broken pipes.
- Test plumbing systems to ensure they work properly.
- Read blueprints to plan installations.
- Work with city and state inspectors to ensure compliance.
- Report any damaged or incorrect materials.
- Schedule city inspections when required.
- Keep the workspace clean and safe.
- Follow all safety rules and industry standards.
- Take on additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age and possessing a valid drivers license
- Licensed Journeyman for the State of MN.
- Adaptable to process changes and being held accountable to performance.
- Desire to work with customers in their homes.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
