Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other maintenance staff
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track and prioritize work orders
- Fabricate or repair items as needed
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise a team
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for work order management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Experience in performing various maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
