Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
- Utilize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to document work orders, track inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise and coordinate contractors during maintenance projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior technicians.

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for work order management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
