Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Problem Solving: Assist customers in resolving issues, finding solutions, and navigating products or services to meet their needs.
- Order Processing: Handle customer orders, track shipments, and follow up on any queries related to their purchases.
- Knowledge Sharing: Stay up-to-date with product or service offerings to provide accurate and relevant information.
- Feedback Collection: Record and relay customer feedback to relevant teams, helping us continuously improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
