Well established company has a full-time position open to maintain, service and operate commercial office space in the Torrance area. Competitive salary and benefits.
The desired candidate will need to meet the following requirements and qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- Knowledge of HVAC including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical maintenance and repair
- Knowledgeable in facility safety practices
- Knowledgeable in facility general maintenance
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Must be able to communicate with customers effectively, professionally and efficiently
- Possess excellent people skills and work well in a team environment
- The ability to exercise sound judgment when carrying out projects and/or tasks
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Reliable and dependable. Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle report.

Maintenance: 4 years (Preferred)
