About the role
is a high-growth startup on a mission to move humanity off of fossil fuel heating to fight climate change. We’re building the next generation, beautifully designed ductless heat pumps and a delightful customer experience.
We built an installation team in just half a year in the Bay Area where we sold out months in advance. We’re now expanding to LA to replicate our success there!
We are seeking experienced candidates with a desire to grow to install our ductless mini split heat pumps. We are a customer-focused company and top-tier customer service is as much a part of the job as technical skills.
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as an HVAC installer, with experience in residential HVAC.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds, stand, bend, stoop, reach and climb ladders.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen required.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Support our lead installers to install our Quilt ductless mini split heat pump systems, while learning and increasingly taking on more parts of an install yourself.
- Deliver an amazing experience for our customers.

This role is a full-time, onsite position based out of Culver City and located at customer sites across the surrounding LA areas.
