Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Soldering Rework Technician to join our team in solar panel manufacturing. In this role, you will perform rework and repairs on solar panels, ensuring all products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, steady hands, and at least six months of experience in soldering or rework in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform rework, repairs, and modifications on solar panel assemblies using soldering techniques
- Inspect and test soldered joints for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet daily production goals
- Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of prior soldering or rework experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements:
- Frequently remains stationary up to 75% of the time
- Frequently bend, stand, stoop and/or walk
- Occasionally (Team Lift) carry weight and/or lift objects (light to moderate) weighing up to 20lbs.
- Frequently communicates with the ability to hear and talk on a regular basis with employees, coworkers, and all personnel matters; must be able to exchange accurate information
- Frequent use of sight to detect images on computer, testing equipment, office documents.
- Occasionally ascends/descends on stairway to get to work area
