Our top reps make $300-500k or more PER YEAR, we provide you with all the training and resources that you need to reach your full earning potential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with homeowners to understand their roofing needs.
- Actively generate leads through door-to-door outreach, assessing homes for storm damage and providing tailored solutions.
- Perform detailed roof inspections and follow up on referrals to build strong customer relationships.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of our products and services, ensuring clients understand the steps to enhance their homes.

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
- Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
- Maintain composure and confidence throughout the sales process.
- A strong desire to achieve financial independence and grow professionally.
- Willingness to use a ladder and conduct roof inspections.
- Previous experience in roofing sales, construction sales, or as an insurance adjuster is preferred.
