Job Title: Large Loss Project Manager - Full-Service Restoration

We are a full-service restoration company, specializing in fire, water, and storm damage. Our services include contents handling, mitigation, and reconstruction. We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Project Manager to oversee the reconstruction process and collaborate with our contents and mitigation teams to ensure projects progress smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large loss projects simultaneously (fire, water, and storm losses)
- Build and maintain project budgets efficiently
- Interpret and work with Xactimate estimates
- Coordinate with in-house carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors (Option to bring own subcontractors)
- Ensure timely completion of all projects
- Collaborate with contents and mitigation teams to keep projects moving forward
- Maintain clear communication with clients, adjusters and internal teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large loss restoration
- Proficiency in Xactimate
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience managing vendors and subcontractors
- Ability to handle multiple jobs and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with DASH CRM (preferred, but training available)
