PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Project Executive to ensure project success and to exceed client expectations
- Ensure our field staff have all the information they need to succeed
- Lead communication between clients, Project Executive, field staff, BIM staff, subcontractors, and vendors
- Project financial management
- Track, project, and influence project performance
- Prepare and maintain a 3-6 month look ahead schedule to ensure milestones are met or are ahead of project goals
- Lead in-house weekly coordination meetings
- Manage, track, and report labor productivity
- Establish and maintain open, positive relationships with team and clients
- Mentor, develop, and coach any direct reports to improve leadership strength
- Frequently look for new ideas, better approaches, and innovative tools that help create stronger solutions for the client.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
They offer a very good benefits package, multiple weeks of PTO and also have a bonus in place of up to 12% of the employees salary. 4% is company based and 8% is off of personal performance, not guaranteed to get all 12% but has been paid out every year the incentives been in place
This is a fully onsite position in Waltham,MA.
