Position Summary:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the general maintenance within apartment units and the building common areas on a day-to-day basis. This position reports to the Property Manager, and assists in completing unit turns, work orders and cleaning of the property. You will also lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and work closely with them, in addition to management and residents, to ensure the properties meet all required safety and management expectations. This position consists of 85% physical labor and 15% administrative duties. The Maintenance Supervisor must adhere to corporate directives, deadlines, company policies, and perform any additional duties as requested by their supervisor. Preferred Experience:
- HVAC certification (not required)
- Plumbing skills
- Electrical skills

Required:
- This position does require you to be on-call after hours and weekends. You will also be required to do snow removal when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Three (3) years as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
- Great customer service
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and insurance

Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
