Job Description:
- Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes.
- Communicates to client what services are needed and why, prior to starting work.
- Assembles pipe sections, tubing, fittings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment.
- Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools.
- Keeps detailed records of work progress and customer interactions.
- Conducts appropriate tests to ensure successful completion of each job.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Rotating weekends
Experience:
- Plumbing: 5 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Merriam, KS: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: Multiple locations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 year of Plumbing Service experience with extensive plumbing knowledge.
- Ability to use power, hand and other plumbing related tools·
- Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Sales skills a must.
- Aptitude for technical knowledge with high level of attention to detail.
