This position is for two locations - Social Hall and a nearby restaurant 7 minutes away.
Responsibilities
- Weekly pressure washing around the property.
- Replacing air/water filters, cleaning coils, and other HVAC maintenance.
- Repairing and maintaining arcade machines. E.g. pool tables, skee-ball, etc.
- Repair or replace water/drain lines and water/light fixtures.
- Light plumbing and electrical work.
- Assist in other repair and improvement projects as assigned. E.g. installing gravel or putting up holiday decorations.
Qualifications
- Able to work well independently, with minimal supervision
- Stamina to walk and stand prolong periods outside. In addition, be able to climb ladders and work on the roof.
- Ability to follow defined routines and processes
- Must have a valid drivers license (issued by the working state) and have use of a properly maintained, license, and street legal vehicle.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.
