We are looking for a highly organized Maintenance Technician for 2 apartment communities in Raleigh and Cary, NC.
Part of a 2 person team, an ideal candidate will possess the technical skills required to provide high quality move in and move out turns, handle timely resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
EPA and CPO are a plus! Skills in plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning are helpful.
