Ginkgo Residential LLC is currently seeking a dedicated, results driven and enthusiastic Maintenance Supervisor (Lease-Up) to lead maintenance operations for 120 build-to-rent homes in Cramerton, NC!

Position Overview:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all maintenance operations for our lease-up community, ensuring that our residents enjoy a well-maintained and safe environment. You will ensure our residents have a seamless move-in process, coordinate repairs, and manage preventative maintenance programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise vendors, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property, identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
- Inspect new units that are coming online.
- Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) preferred.
- Proven experience in property maintenance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
- A valid, state issued, drivers license is required.
- Ability to regularly travel to multiple sites in Gaston, Lenoir and Mecklenburg counties is required.
