Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Respond to tenant repair requests
- Complete general repairs and upkeep
- Track materials used and maintain a clean work environment
What We Need:
- Experience in property maintenance (preferred)
- Knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
