Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ years experience of residential installation experience
- Follow our tobacco policy
- Background Check Required
- Drug Free Workplace

- Demonstrate proper and safe use of tools and related equipment
- Ability to work and communicate effectively individually as well as in a team environment
Skills Needed
- Install residential HVAC Split Systems, Package units, Mini Splits
- Installation of copper line sets, wiring, drain lines
- Building return stands
- Building duct plenums
- Installation of full duct systems (Bonus paid during Summer)
- Maintaining inventory in vehicles and installation trailers and cleanliness
- Completing installation checklists and submitting all pictures to our CRM Software
- Collecting signature and payment at job completion
