As a Project Manager you will expected to efficiently manage all jobs and team members to ensure:
- prompt job/call response time
- Performance of high quality water mitigation services
- Maintain quality control on all jobs
- Follow company guidelines for proper drying techniques
- Efficient scheduling of jobs and job monitoring
- High customer satisfaction
- Maintain progress logs, document all processes with company forms, ensure detailed pictures by using mobile device and applications to report and record daily activity
Requirements:
- IICRC certification preferred
- Experience in water mitigation
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces like crawl spaces and attics
- Ability to be part of our on call rotation with other Project Managers.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Must have good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving history
- Present a professional & clean appearance with company provided uniform.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
