Key Responsibilities:
- General Repairs: Perform a variety of tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Home Improvement Projects: Assist with remodeling, painting, flooring installation, and other upgrades.
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
- Appliance Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair household appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and washing machines.
