Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the company's assets.
Great Maintenance technicians should possess a solid understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, as well as carpentry and other crafts.
They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of maintenance processes and health and safety standards. The goal is to ensure the company assets are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the company’s assets to identify and resolve issues
- Check electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems of assets to ensure functionality
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or manager
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical systems, etc.
- Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus
