Job Description – Under the direction and supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor conduct as a professional, highly skilled, and exceptionally technician eager to learn.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct inspections, installations, repairs, and feedback to a variety of equipment (Manufacturing/Facilities).
- Executing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs or installs.
- Work safely utilizing LOTO.
- Identifies and participate proactively in learning opportunities.
Skills & Abilities
- Able to troubleshoot electrical/electronic issues with machinery/facilities utilizing a multimeter.
- Detail oriented, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot beyond the normal.
- Proficient utilizing hand or power tools.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience of 4 years in an Industrial field.
- Proficient at interpreting electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Entry level boiler, burner, steam, thermocouple, and heating element experience.
- Mid-level electronics experience (relays, power supplies, contactors, PLC, fuses, TC, etc.)
- Entry level Fabricator/Welder (Mig, TIG, Stick).
- Entry level custom machining abilities utilizing shop equipment; mill, lathe, drill press, bench grinder, calipers, dial indicators, and bore/depth gauges.
