Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for residential and commercial solar projects
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes
- Work with project managers and other team members to complete installations on schedule
- Perform troubleshooting and system testing to ensure optimal performance
- Train and mentor apprentices as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized worksite
Qualifications:
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License
- Experience in electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Solar experience preferred but not required – training provided
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plans
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights
