*1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
*2nd Shift: 3:00 P.M. - 11:00 P.M. (+1.00/Hr. Shift Differential)
*3rd Shift: 11:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. (+$2.00/Hr. Shift Differential)
Position Summary-
Extrusion Technician: Uses general hand tools to set up, run, troubleshoot and tear down plastic extrusion lines. Mixes materials. Uses a variety of measurement and inspection equipment to document and determine proper configuration and performance of our product. Operate powered off line fabrication equipment (punches, drills, routers, etc.).
Secondary Operations Technician: Uses general hand tools to set up and run secondary operations equipment (punches, drills, router, saw and presses) and machinery. Uses a variety of measurement and inspection equipment to document and determine proper configuration and performance of our product. Packages, labels and palletizes finished product.
Fabrication Technician: Uses general hand tools to set up, run, troubleshoot and tear down fabrication presses and machinery. Uses a variety of measurement and inspection equipment to document and determine proper configuration and performance of our product. Picks punch outs from finished product. Packages, labels and palletizes finished product. General housekeeping.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and mechanical skills (+,-, X, /, fractions, decimals)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use handheld tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers
- Physical ability to reach overhead, walk, stand, bend, twist, lift, and carry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
