WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS
Schedule: This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
As an HVAC Sales Territory Manager, your day begins from the comfort of your home, where you dispatch to job sites within your territory. Your goal? To build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and business owners while expanding our market presence in newly opened territories.
You spend your days negotiating deals, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining excellent customer service. Along the way, you stay up-to-date on industry trends, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve any issues with your clients quickly and efficiently. Every day is a balance of relationship-building, strategic sales, and problem-solving, all while growing a valuable portfolio of clients.
Additional service areas include Baltimore, MD and Washington DC.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SALES TERRITORY MANAGER
- 3+ years of experience in HVAC sales
- 3+ years of experience in account management/sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
- College degree
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Fluency or experience in HVAC
