Title: General Manager
Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a lake county based General Manager to oversee and lead a well-established commercial janitorial and residential maid service portfolio. You will be managing a forty-year-old family service company consisting of more than 85 employees and a significant customer base. You will be responsible for the day to day business operations of the portfolio, including financial operations, billing and A/R collections, payroll and A/P. There are two highly successful senior managers that will report directly to you. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years of related experience in a similar role, successful customer service, hiring and interviewing skills. You must be highly organized and detail oriented with good written and verbal communication skills. You need the ability to adapt to and effectively use multiple technology platforms with little effort and be highly proficient in the use of most social media.
