As a Service Plumber, you will be responsible for functioning independently in troubleshooting, installations, repairs, and maintenance of residential plumbing, all while providing outstanding customer service. Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems
- Troubleshoot malfunctions, interruptions and failures
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Ensure complete customer satisfaction from start to finished product
- Travel to various residences and businesses to carry out your jobs in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests
- Communicate in a professional manner with co-employees and customers
- Complete accurate electronic job tickets and related memorandum
- Accurate and timely entry of hours worked each day.
- Be aware of and remain responsible for his or her truck inventory
- Operate and maintain an organized and well inventoried vehicle.
- Adhere to current Plumbing rules and regulations
- Adhere to the highest standards of quality.
- Proper use of Tools and Equipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ Plumbing technical and trade experience
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current MO or KS Class E driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to safely lift 100+ lbs.
- Able to tolerate extreme temperatures for extended periods of time
- Ability to work at height
- Able to work overtime and weekend hours in an On-Call Rotation
- Able to continually push, pull, lift, grasp, hold, carry, reach, reach above the shoulders, stoop, bend at the waist, bend at the knee, kneel, bend side to side, crouch, stand on step stools or small ladders and balance.
- Work safely following company policies
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be insurable on company's vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to pass drug screen, physical exam, and background check.
