The Big Task
Work alongside an assigned Journeyman, assisting in all aspects of the job while honing your own skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and professional communication with dispatch, your manager, and the installation team.
- Keep your company truck clean and organized, both inside and out.
- Ensure truck inventory is updated and properly managed.
- Accurately complete paperwork for each job.
- Present yourself professionally with a clean and polished appearance.
- Maintain a clean driving record.
- Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
- Obtain and maintain the necessary certifications (we’ll help you every step of the way).
