Full Time Maintenance Mechanic for luxury residential hi-rise building in Fort Lee. Local 32BJ.
Must be able to able to work a flexible schedule and speak English.
- Must have NJ Boiler Operator License (Black Seal).
- The work schedule is Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00 am to 8:00 am and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight.
- High rise building maintenance experience a plus.
- Must be able to cover holiday shifts.
- Experienced in repair and maintenance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Manage maintenance service requests. As maintenance issues arise, collaborate with teammates and prioritize service requests.
- Conduct preventive maintenance.
- Inspect mechanical equipment to ensure that the site is suitable for safe operations, and maintained in proper working condition. Identify necessary repairs, equipment breakage, weather conditions, etc.
- Respond to immediate safety and/or operational concerns.
