Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical construction projects. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and documentation.
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation of electrical systems.
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting to maintain project financials within established limits.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers regarding progress, challenges, and changes in scope.
- Train team members on best practices in electrical installation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using construction management software including Bluebeam, ProCore, and HeavyBid.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading, construction estimating, budgeting, and contract management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of pipeline installation practices is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety standards in all operations.
