We have multiple openings for apprentices and journeyman who are experienced in the commercial sector. Our ideal electrician has a track record for being reliable, accompanied by a solid work ethic and 5+ years’ experience under a licensed contractor. Good background knowledge of electrical theory and wiring.
Position Overview:
The Lead Residential Electrician is responsible for overseeing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential properties. This role requires advanced technical skills, leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of electrical codes and safety standards. As the face of the company, the Lead Residential Electrician will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and perform installations, service and repairs of residential electrical systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication and exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Lead by example, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
- Collaborate with the business owner, to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and the team.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to act independently and with integrity.
- Open to part-time work with potential to transition to full-time.
- Clean driving record.
- Interest in business ownership, with the opportunity to transition into owning the accounts and business in the future.
Pay Range: $32/hr. - $35/hr.
