Your Responsibilities as a Lead HVAC Installer:
- Install Basic and Advanced HVAC Systems: Execute installations of both standard and advanced HVAC systems, including communicating systems, ensuring all work meets inspection standards and customer satisfaction.
- Ductwork Fabrication and Installation: Design, fabricate, and install ductwork for various HVAC systems, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications.
- Craftsmanship and Detail: Emphasize high-quality craftsmanship in every aspect of installation, from equipment placement to ductwork fabrication, ensuring clean, organized, and professional results.
- Project Management for Multi-Day Jobs: Take ownership of multi-day installation projects, managing workflows, timelines, and team members to ensure timely completion and seamless handoffs.
- Customer Interaction and Payments: Maintain professional communication with customers, addressing their concerns, providing clear updates, and collecting payments at the end of each job.
- Code Compliance and Inspection Readiness: Stay up to date with local and national HVAC codes, ensuring all installations meet regulatory standards and are ready for inspection.
- Additional Structure Fabrication: Design and fabricate additional structures, such as stands and platforms, that may be required for equipment installations, using carpentry skills to ensure structural integrity.
- Inventory Management: Maintain and organize your box truck inventory, ensuring all materials and tools are available and in working order for each job.
- Mentor and Lead: Supervise assistant installers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and continuous learning.

- Proven HVAC Installation Experience: Experience with a range of HVAC systems, from basic units to advanced communicating systems, and a commitment to staying informed about the latest products and technologies.
- Craftsmanship and Detail-Oriented: A strong focus on delivering exceptional quality, with attention to detail in every task, from equipment installation to duct fabrication.
- Ductwork Fabrication and Installation: Skilled in designing, fabricating, and installing ductwork to meet specific project requirements.
- Carpentry Skills: Experience designing and fabricating additional structures, such as stands and platforms, when necessary for the installation process.
- Strong Work Ethic: You take pride in your work and are committed to showing up on time, delivering quality, and ensuring the job is done right the first time.
