We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relocation Specialist to join our real estate team. In this role, you will assist clients in navigating their relocation process, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a smooth transition. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Duties
- Help schedule moves with moving companies including cars, and home goods.
- Help clients prepare homes for move in using cleaning companies and home organizers.
- Help clients find lodging for site visits and temporary housing as needed.
- Provide clients with information about the areas in which they move.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to their relocation.
- Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls and emails.
- Assist clients with the logistics of their move, including scheduling services and coordinating with vendors.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the relocation process.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall efficiency.
- Utilize phone etiquette to create a positive experience for all clients.
