Job Description: As an HVAC Technician with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional HVAC services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include performing precise HVAC repairs and installations while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional HVAC services, prioritizing customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Perform repairs and installations with skill and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all customer and team interactions.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by actively listening to their concerns and offering informed recommendations.
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance on every job site.
- Assist customers in understanding HVAC systems and provide solutions that meet their needs and budget.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.
- Proven experience with residential HVAC systems.
- Ability to explain complex HVAC issues clearly to customers and offer them not only immediate solutions but also preventative recommendations.
- A sales-oriented mindset, with the ability to offer customers informed solutions and upgrades that improve their home's HVAC performance.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and commitment to adhering to all safety regulations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and thorough understanding of HVAC systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, focused on upselling and providing added value.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
