Experience: 5 Years Specifically in Windows & Doors
We are seeking an experienced, and dedicated, Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window and door repair, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a hands-on approach to service ensuring that all units operate at peak performance.
Duties
- Perform adjustments to windows and doors to ensure proper function (casements, swing and sliding doors, multi-slide system, and bi-folding systems).
- Ability to trouble shoot and diagnose issues effectively.
- Installation of screens and hardware.
- Glazing - new and replacement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding service needs and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used.
Skills
- Proficient in reading technical drawings.
- Experience in window and door maintenance and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
