Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Install Foreman to join our team. As an HVAC Install Foreman, you will play a crucial role in the oversight of installation projects for our commercial customers, ensuring the highest quality of work and customer satisfaction. What we need done:
- Be able to Install all types of commercial HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units.
- Oversee multiple projects and lead a team of installers to ensure the highest level of quality and satisfaction.
- Perform system inspections and assessments to determine installation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Install Manager to ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeframe.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations during installation processes.
- Test installed systems for proper functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Help train, coach, and mentor HVAC Installers.
- Lead by example to model what good looks like for HVAC installers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
Who we are looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of leading commercial HVAC installation.
- Extremely knowledgeable of commercial HVAC systems.
- Prior leadership experience a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a passion for continued learning.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments.
- Engaging personality that blends well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check.
