About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Maintenance Tech to join our team in Salt Lake City. As an HVAC Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of our HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Your work will directly impact the comfort and safety of our employees and customers. You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that all HVAC systems are operating efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in HVAC maintenance and repair
Experience with commercial HVAC systems
Experience with building automation systems

Responsibilities:

Performing routine maintenance on HVAC systems
Diagnosing and repairing HVAC system issues
Installing new HVAC systems
Maintaining accurate records of all HVAC maintenance and repair work
Collaborating with facilities team to ensure all HVAC systems are operating efficiently

Skills:

As an HVAC Maintenance Tech, you will utilize your knowledge of HVAC systems and components to diagnose and repair issues, install new systems, and perform routine maintenance.
