ABT Mechanical is a local family-owned and operated HVAC company servicing all of Utah for over 30 years. We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for a Commercial Installer to join our team in Orem, UT!

Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion).
Pay: Up to $35.00/hr Depending on experience
Position Summary: To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers, ensuring high quality and timely job performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Minimum of 2 years of sheet metal and ductwork experience
- Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings and the ability to fabricate
- Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories
- Valid EPA and RMGA are a plus
- Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions.
- Solid communication/verbal skills, ability to work independently, and self-motivated
- Follow directions as given, written and verbal
- Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings and checks
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
