Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HVAC/R systems, with the ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a proactive approach to property maintenance and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioning and ammonia refrigeration units.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, ensuring efficient operation and safety compliance.
- Conduct property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems, including inspections and assessments.
- Weld components as necessary for equipment repair and installation.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance service delivery.
Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
- Familiarity with various types of HVAC/R systems, including boilers and air conditioning units.
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
