Position: Roofing Sales Representative
Location: Austin, TX
Compensation: Commission Only (Uncapped Earning Potential)

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present estimates and close sales with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of roofing products, services, and installation processes.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and generate referrals.
- Use provided leads to drive sales and meet targets.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience (roofing sales experience is required for this position)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment.
- The ability to self generate sales is required too. The company leads should be a cherry on top.
